• Meet vehicle maintenance needs with customers.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost/time estimates.
• Provide timely communication updating customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
