Tasca Toyota Boston is a fourth-generation family-owned dealership serving Boston and surrounding areas. We welcome applicants from travel, hospitality, restaurants, cell phone sales, insurance, real estate and other sales/service industries and will train you.

We offer a 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays, and top advisors earning $110,000+ with first-year earnings of $80,000–$90,000. Join a team focused on excellent training, career advancement, and a strong company culture.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen excluding marijuana.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly personality
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Consultative Selling Skills
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
