Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience in retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Drive sales and deliver superior customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Oversee daily store functions, scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Support ownership in achieving store financial targets and reporting accuracy.
