Job summary

Ciocca Honda of Hanover is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders, assist customers, and maximize technician time while delivering excellent service.

The role offers a commission-based pay structure ($40,000–$80,000 potential annually), full-time hours including some Saturdays, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and top-tier insurance. Be part of a collaborative Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven record of service and sales success.
• Strong history of high customer satisfaction.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Manage daily inventory of technicians' time to maximize billable service.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
