Ciocca Nissan of York, part of Ciocca Automotive Group, is hiring an automotive service advisor. Join a energetic team and help drive service excellence with sales focus. This full-time role includes some Saturdays, PTO, and a strong benefits package.

You'll guide service orders, answer owner inquiries, coordinate technicians, and support diagnostics and parts orders to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
