Job summary

Kelly’s Auto Repair is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to become the first dedicated advisor on our growing team. You’ll present estimates and sell needed repairs with confidence, working Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a busy independent shop.

This role offers commission/bonus incentives and the opportunity to grow with the shop as it expands, while delivering excellent customer service and clear repair explanations.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience is required.
• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor or front-office experience preferred.
• Around 5 years of Service Advisor experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers.
• Build and present repair estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly.
• Sell necessary repairs and preventive maintenance
