ASAP Automotive & Transmission in Bear, Delaware seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, document symptoms, build estimates, and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Base salary, plus commission, paid weekly, with an earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+ annually. Benefits include medical insurance after 6 months, SIMPLE IRA, life and disability coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical repairs in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience preparing repair estimates and presenting maintenance recommendations.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple repair orders.
• Independent repair shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately.
• Build repair estimates and clearly explain maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow during repairs.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress and estimated completion times.
• Present Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) findings and maintenance recommendations.
