Auto House of Luxury in Plantsville, CT, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with 3-5 years of experience. The role offers $20-$25/hour plus commission and an earning potential of $75,000-$100,000 annually. You’ll handle 12-15 vehicles daily for all makes/models, with benefits including medical, uniforms, PTO, sick time, and holidays.

The position requires Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, and involves upselling services, parts ordering, and using Mitchell 1 Manager SE.

Formación

• 3-5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive industry background required.
• Strong customer communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Ability to identify and present service opportunities and effectively upsell.
• Experience supporting parts ordering and service workflow.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
• Stated annual earning potential of $75,000-$100,000.
• Higher earnings may be possible based on strong upselling performance.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the service process.
• Present service opportunities and effectively upsell appropriate automotive services.
• Order parts as needed to support shop workflow.
• Work within the shop's Mitchell 1 Manager SE workflow.
• Support a shop servicing approximately 12-15 vehicles per day across all makes and models
