Job summary

Prestige Auto Tech is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Miami Lakes location. You will build trust with customers, confidently present repair recommendations, and help keep the shop moving while providing a high level of customer service.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, create estimates and repair orders, review DVIs, and clearly explain repairs. This role emphasizes closing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to explain repairs in simple terms and present estimates confidently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Tekmetric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns.

Your Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience and helping maximize the productivity of the shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming vehicles
• Create estimates and repair orders
• Review technician findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Clearly explain repairs and maintenance recommendations
• Present estimates and confidently ask for the sale
• Obtain customer authorization
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Provide vehicle status updates
• Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving through the shop
• Help prioritize and manage workflow
• Order and coordinate parts when necessary
• Handle warranty documentation
• Collect payments and complete vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers
• Build long-term customer relationships

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong automotive repair knowledge
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to confidently present large repair estimates
• Ability to explain repairs in simple terms customers can understand
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license

Tekmetric experience is a plus.

European Automotive Experience Is a Plus

Our shops regularly service European and luxury vehicles, including:

BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, MINI, Volvo

Experience as a European Service Advisor, BMW Service Advisor, Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor, Audi Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Luxury Automotive Service Advisor is highly valued.
