Job summary

Prestige Auto Tech in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to enhance the customer experience and confidently recommend repairs. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a $75,000+ earning potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates should have 3+ years in automotive service advisory, strong communication and sales skills, and experience with DVIs and repair orders. Tekmetric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.

$75,000+ Earning Potential | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Miami team.

We’re looking for someone who understands both sides of the Service Advisor role: taking excellent care of the customer and confidently selling needed repairs and maintenance.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing the customer experience from initial check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow
• Create accurate estimates and repair orders
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Explain technician findings in a way customers can easily understand
• Present and sell recommended repairs and maintenance
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Provide customers with vehicle status updates
• Order parts and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Handle warranty documentation and paperwork
• Collect payments and complete vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable presenting repair estimates and recommendations
• Ability to explain automotive repairs to customers with little or no automotive knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Comfortable working with automotive shop management software
• Valid driver's license

Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.

European & Luxury Automotive Experience

Experience working with customers who own European and luxury vehicles is highly valued.

Prestige Auto Tech regularly services vehicles including:

BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Volkswagen Porsche Land Rover MINI Volvo

Experience as a European Automotive Service Advisor, BMW Service Advisor, Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor, Audi Service Advisor, or luxury automotive Service Advisor is a strong plus.
