Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London is seeking an energetic and motivated automotive service advisor to join a growing team in New London, CT. You will manage service orders, assist owners, and optimize technician utilization while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers commission-based pay ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, a full-time schedule including Saturdays, PTO, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in service and sales in automotive.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is effectively sold to service customers daily.
• Distribute work among technicians efficiently.
• Explain vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing problems and ordering parts/tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
