Job summary

Promotive in Rochester, Washington, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Base pay plus commission, with earning potential well over $100k annually and guaranteed training pay during the first 30 days.

Join a well-established independent shop serving the community since 2010, using Protractor and AutoVitals DVI/CRM to manage repair orders and customer communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Independent repair shop experience REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from drop-off to delivery.
• Explain repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Create and manage repair orders and coordinate workflow with technicians.
• Maintain regular communication on repair progress and vehicle status.
• Use Protractor and AutoVitals DVI/CRM to manage orders and communications.
• Coordinate parts orders, warranty claims and follow-up.
• Assist technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality.
