Ciocca Honda of Hanover is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders, assist customers, and help drive lane flow while delivering courteous, effective service.

This full-time position includes Saturdays, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, and a comprehensive benefits package. Commission-based pay offers $40,000–$80,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in auto service and sales.
• Strong customer satisfaction results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools.
