Jeep 24 of Brockton is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule and sell vehicle service work, while upselling repairs. You will engage customers, document concerns, and guide them through the repair process with a focus on trust and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience as an automotive service writer.
• Organized with superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CDJR experience preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect essential customer data.
• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on the repair order.
• Walk-around inspections with the customer to confirm issues.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates and obtain approval.
• Monitor repairs and update customers on costs and completion times.
• Close repair orders after payment and provide a copy to the customer.
• Perform quality control to prevent comebacks and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email about progress.
• Maintain professional appearance and organize the work area.
