Job summary

Jim Click Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the service process, document needs, and present recommended repairs with clear pricing. You’ll work with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service and deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset to support a busy service department and build long-term client relationships at Jim Click Green Valley.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
• Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Provide vehicle status updates and follow up as needed.
• Prepare and finalize repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
