Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Mid Rivers KIA to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will present repair recommendations and keep customers informed as work progresses to ensure top vehicle performance.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technology.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers to assess maintenance needs and provide recommendations.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication to customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology to enable efficient service.
