Job summary

Truck City Service in Colorado is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers with our service department, ensuring clear communication and a top-notch experience. You’ll document concerns, explain estimates, and coordinate repairs with technicians and parts to keep processes on-time. Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred and dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer (dealership experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills — both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Experience using dealership management systems.
• Bi-Lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and care, building trust through honest communication.
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information in repair orders.
• Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments to ensure on-time completion.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — including delays or changes.
• Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up and process payments.
• Promote additional maintenance services based on inspection results and manufacturer guidelines (without high-pressure tactics).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
