Job summary

Classic Mazda in Orlando, FL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to build ongoing relationships with customers, gather vehicle data, and explain recommended services in plain terms. You will write repair orders, prepare labor and parts estimates, and coordinate with technicians and warranty providers.

The role requires 3–5 years of dealership experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect customer and vehicle data
• Determine nature of desired service and/or complaint and promote labor, parts, and accessories while advising customers
• Write or type clear repair instructions on the repair order for the technician
• Provide estimate for labor and parts
• Communicate with dispatch to determine status of jobs throughout the day
• Text or call customer when the job is finished and discuss what was done
• Coordinate with manufacturer and warranty companies to obtain approvals
• Be knowledgeable of products and warranties and upsell appropriately
• Aim to get the car fixed right the first time
• Other duties assigned by management
