Job summary

Ciocca Ford in Souderton is hiring energetic auto technicians. You will join a supportive team and help drive customer satisfaction through efficient service and expert help.

We offer a commission-based potential of $60,000–$85,000 annually, a full-time schedule including some Saturdays, PTO/holidays, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) with company matching and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a consistent record of service and sales success.
• Must have a strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians’ time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
