Job summary

Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is seeking an energetic and motivated automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee drive-lane flow, provide concierge support to owners, and ensure service time is effectively sold to customers.

The role offers a commission-based pay structure ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, and a strong benefits package.

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools.

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
