Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Obtain vehicle information to provide customers with accurate estimates.
• Prepare repair orders and document services performed.
• Explain services and associated costs to customers.
• Follow-up with customers regarding their service visits.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair.
