Sean's Auto Care in Van Nuys, CA is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Service Advisor or Elite Master Certified Service Advisor to guide our customers through the service process. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you are the crucial link between our customers and our technicians. When customers come into the shop, you greet them and determine what issues they are experiencing with their vehicles. You also respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. Once you've determined what work needs to be done, you draft estimates and present them to customers. You answer any questions that arise before communicating the agreed-upon work to our technicians.

On the administrative side, you handle parts ordering, receive payments, and process invoices. You also check customers in and out of the shop, keeping their information organized for future services. Your satisfaction comes from connecting customers to the solutions they're looking for and getting them safely back on the road!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. That means weekends off!
