Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is looking for an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will manage service orders, guide customers, and ensure timely, courteous service while maximizing technician time.

This full-time role features commission-based pay ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, a schedule that includes some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and discounted services.

Qualifications

• Proven record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
