Job summary

Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown is seeking a energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You’ll help drive service orders, assist customers, and deliver prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role includes Saturdays, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. Commission-based pay ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, with a supportive, advancement-oriented culture and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, on phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
