Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is seeking an energetic service advisor to join our team. You will oversee service orders, guide the drive lane flow, and provide concierge support to owners to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role offers commission-based pay with a potential of $60,000–$85,000 annually, full-time hours with some Saturdays, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. Growth within Ciocca Automotive Family encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or on the phone.
• Ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as needed.

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
