• Cadillac, GM, or dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to present technical information clearly and understandably.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment.
• Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on inspections and manufacturer guidance.

• Coordinate daily workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery.
