Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computerized systems for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
