Job summary

Napleton's Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process.

This role supports a busy service lane, driving customer satisfaction and vehicle care through accurate estimates and timely updates. Prior automotive service advisory experience is a plus, and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and use technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to address vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication to keep customers updated.
• Communicate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize Fixed Ops technology to improve service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates

• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
