We are seeking Service Advisors to utilize your customer service skills. Your role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to customer needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians
• Present recommended services with integrity and low-pressure tactics
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
• Follow dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed
• Manage extended warranties sales
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completion
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup
• Explain repairs and costs to customers
• Address customer concerns and complaints
• Keep the Service Manager informed of issues
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores as per dealership standards

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS preferred
• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Compliance with all relevant laws and policies regarding customer and company information
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug tests
• Valid driver's license required
