Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Saint Peters, MO. The role serves as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining transparent repair estimates.

The position emphasizes effective communication, accurate repair orders, and timely updates to customers throughout the service process. Prior automotive advisory experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Advisor. Located at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
