Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and maintain transparency throughout the service process.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the shop.
  • Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide the best advice.

Requirements
