Job summary

Rockwall Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Lithia & Driveway team in Rockwall, TX. You’ll coordinate with technicians, communicate findings to customers, and help them understand required repairs and maintenance.

With 2+ years in a service-advisor role and a valid driver’s license, you’ll estimate costs and time, present quotes, and negotiate service agreements. You’ll also maintain accurate repair records and support a flexible, customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians to identify repairs and communicate findings to customers.
• Estimate costs and time required for repairs and provide quotes to customers.
• Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance, and negotiate service agreements.
