Modern Brake & Alignment Shop, a family‑owned business since 1964, is growing and seeking a service writer with strong customer service skills. You will greet customers, estimate work, and present recommended services while coordinating with skilled technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate auto estimates and service write-ups to ensure clear communication with both customers and service technicians.
• Present additional services based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
• Stay updated on automotive repair trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.
