You will be the primary contact for customers bringing in vehicles for maintenance and repair, assess needs, recommend services, and communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Stay informed on promotional offerings and product knowledge to enhance customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is preferred
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
