We are seeking an individual to join a growing, fast-paced automotive shop in Monrovia, CA. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player, with great customer service skills. Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness are highly valued. Responsibilities include managing multiple phone lines, multi-tasking, meeting or exceeding key metrics, creating work orders, writing estimates, and prioritizing customer concerns.

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing ASE Certifications and/or extensive automotive repair experience.

We are looking for automotive service managers to oversee all service department activities in a retail store selling tires and automotive parts and services. This role is a developmental opportunity for Store Managers, with a focus on internal training and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers
• Follow up with customers regarding services requested and estimated completion times
• Oversee vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, build repair orders, and source parts
• Discuss pricing estimates and promote shop service specials
• Supervise technicians in inspections, diagnosis, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive service sales experience
• Strong automotive knowledge

Compensation: $46,800 - $104,000 per year.
