Job summary

Wenco Industries, a family-owned group operating Midas Auto Service and Big O Tires, seeks an Automotive Service Advisor in Colorado. You will deliver energetic customer service, consult with customers, and coordinate with technicians to address vehicle needs.

You will supervise bays, prepare repair orders, discuss pricing with customers, promote shop service specials, and lead a team in line with our core values of integrity and ownership. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to be coached and to coach technicians.
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
