Job summary

Wenco Industries is seeking a motivated individual for an on-site role in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will deliver exceptional customer service, engage customers in sales, and coordinate with technicians to fulfill vehicle needs.

Responsibilities include managing repair orders, discussing pricing, and promoting service specials while leading a team and maintaining shop standards. Valid driver’s license required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

• Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
• Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
• Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
• Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
