Job summary

Wenco Industries seeks a motivated leader to drive outstanding customer service and sales at our automotive service shops. You will coach technicians, coordinate bays, and promote our service specials while delivering clear pricing guidance to customers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and growth within a family-owned business known for Midas and Big O Tires brands in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience delivering customer service and sales interactions.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate technicians/work bays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic, exceptional customer service and consult customers.
• Communicate with technicians to assess vehicle needs.
• Supervise bays, create repair orders, and source parts.
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop services.
• Lead and empower a team while aligning with company values.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals; maintain shop cleanliness and organization.

• Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
• Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
• Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
• Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
• Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
