Job summary

Napleton River Oaks KIA in Illinois is seeking a Service Advisor to join our state-of-the-art facility. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and ensuring transparent cost and time estimates.

In this role you will deliver exceptional service in the service lane, maintain timely communication with customers, and collaborate with parts and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and utilize dealership software.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to address vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication with customers throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Advisor. Located at Napleton River Oaks KIA, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by presenting vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
