• Provide timely updates and respond to customer questions.
• Follow up after service visits to support customer satisfaction.

Service Operations

• Document customer concerns and technician findings accurately.
• Prepare and maintain clear, complete work orders.
• Schedule appointments and handle incoming service calls.
• Help coordinate technician workflow and maintain an organized, efficient service department.

Technology & Standards

• Use dealership service software to manage customer interactions, work orders, and vehicle service history.
• Follow dealership procedures, Porsche brand standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer care.
