Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist with service requests Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team


• Communication: Keep customers informed throughout their service experience Provide updates about vehicle issues, repairs, and estimated costs


• Documentation: Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings Ensure all work orders are clear, complete, and properly filed Help schedule appointments and handle incoming service calls Provide timely updates and follow-up information to customers


• Shop Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area Assist with organizing technician workload and shop scheduling


• Follow-Up: Reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-service


• Technology Use: Utilize dealership service software to manage customer interactions and track vehicle history


• Adhere to Standards: Uphold brand and dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism Comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
