Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Toyota Cleveland Heights location. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and clearly report symptoms to guide maintenance decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, tracking progress, explaining work and charges, and ensuring invoices match performed repairs. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years dealership experience and familiarity with Dealertrack or Xtime preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a dealership environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Above average energy level.

• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
