Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in Cleveland Heights is seeking a Toyota Sales Consultant to join a 150+ unit store and grow our sales team. You will handle internet leads, schedule product demonstrations, and guide customers to information resources while on the floor with walk-ins.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Handle on the floor sales and walk ins

• Automotive sales experience highly preferred
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
