Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in Cleveland Heights is seeking a Toyota Sales Consultant for our Toyota Cleveland Heights dealership. We are expanding our automotive sales team and offer a path to grow your career in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

You will handle internet leads, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and close sales on the showroom floor. Automotive sales experience is highly preferred; strong communication and motivation to hit quotas are essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience highly preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to meet sales goals.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and goals.
• Driver's license with clean MVRO (Motor Vehicle Report).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations from leads.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online.
• Handle on-the-floor sales and walk-ins.

• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Handle on the floor sales and walk ins

• Automotive sales experience highly preferred
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
