Responsibilities

• Present and sell products/services professionally, adhering to manufacturer schedules
• Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Greet customers and gather vehicle information promptly
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance value
• Provide accurate repair estimates
• Communicate repair times effectively
• Follow up post-service with customers
• Listen actively and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor required
• GM & CDK experience is a plus
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a good record
• Able to pass background and drug tests
• Honest, professional, and well-groomed
• Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Willing to learn and adapt to processes
