About Us:
Renn Kirby Charles Town, also known as Wrench and Ride, is a trusted, customer-focused automotive dealership proudly serving the Eastern Panhandle. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department.

Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. You’ll use your automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction to ensure every vehicle is serviced efficiently and every customer leaves with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs

  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow

  • Provide accurate repair estimates and explain services clearly

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process

  • Upsell maintenance services when appropriate

  • Ensure all repair orders are complete and accurate

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from drop-off to pick-up

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset

  • Familiarity with service management software is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
