Job summary

AutoShop Recruiting, partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group, is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for the Riggs Road location in Chandler, AZ. The role requires building customer trust, explaining repair recommendations clearly, and guiding the service process from check-in to delivery.

You will greet customers, perform vehicle walk-arounds, document requests, review findings, recommend maintenance and repairs, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and close

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service-advisor or related customer-service experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in plain language.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can build customer trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and keep the service process moving efficiently from vehicle check-in through delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Computer and point-of-sale proficiency
