Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Brunswick, GA service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle needs, schedule repairs, and explain maintenance recommendations in clear language.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, dealership or independent repair experience, and CDK/Xtime familiarity. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Vaden Automotive.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred.
• Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome.
• CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR.
