Corwin Toyota of Bellevue is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through the repair and maintenance process, explain service options and costs, and greet customers in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn about automotive systems.

Auto service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service costs and options, offer specials, schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, and propose additional services.
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion, review work order with the customer, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a high CSI score and provide quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Corwin Toyota of Bellevue 's high-volume Service Department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and much more.

Successful Service Advisors are ambitious problem-solvers and skilled multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous Service Advisor, Service Dept., Warranty / Insurance Adjuster experience is a plus! Qualifications - Automotive Service Advisor:

• Auto Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required.
