Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking a Master Technician with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Earn $100K-$150K per year with hourly rates of $40-$46 in air‑conditioned service shops.

This full‑time role includes PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, paid training and certification, on‑the‑job training, tuition reimbursement and advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Join a team with a strong support structure and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, HVAC).
• Provide time estimates for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
